Whole Body Strengthening and Stretching  

This class is for beginners and advanced students alike. Its goal is to increase vitality and to provide a general health boost. With the help of selected Tibetan exercises and a combination of training techniques and stretching, students will strengthen their muscle-skeletal system, stimulate the functions of their internal organs, and unlock the power of their body for self-restoration. This workout will remove unnecessary tension and stress from the body, will increase circulation and strengthen the immune system. In addition, this workout will increase the energy level and elevate the mood to meet daily challenges with ease.
