Meditation through Movement & Dance


This unique class focuses on the interrelation of the human mind, body dynamics and 3-D space. Students will learn how to move gracefully and feel confident, by learning how to move in ways that are natural to our human anatomy.

This class introduces students to specific moves that will help them understand their body dynamic, geometric alignment and structure that allows for movement that is natural to their physiology.

Through the use of non-strenuous exercises, students will de-stress and calm their mind, uplift and stabilize their emotions, improve energy circulation, increase muscle tone and stamina in a gentle way.

It also introduces numerous ways to express oneself, to build a greater confidence and improve body language that helps in non verbal communication and reduces stress in any situation.
