Meditational Healing Class


This is a self-healing class! It introduces a unique blend of activities, which attempt to help students to acquire an increased awareness of their personal multifaceted well-being, along with some skills to stimulate harmony, balance, and healing of their mind and body.

Students will learn simple Yogic breathing techniques, and be introduced to sound meditation. They will also learn visualization and relaxation techniques, as well as learn how to balance their mind and body.

The great asset of this class is that it teaches how to access our power of mind for personal growth, in addition to enabling each individual to use some of the simple methods to manage stress on a daily basis, in various circumstances.
